E-LEARNING FOR PERSONAL LICENCE COURSE

The cost of the complete package (e-learning courses, online exam and remote invigilation) is £100 + VAT (£120).
Please contact us for our bank details. Once payment has been made, please let us have the following information so that we can register you:-
- Your full name
- Your address
- Your email address
- Your date of birth
- Form of ID (passport or driving licence)
- Your mobile number
We will then forward log-in details for you to access the e-learning training (2-3 hours). Once this is completed, you will need to contact us with a date and time you wish to take your online exam (we need a minimum of 5 days’ notice).
If you would like us to send you some practice questions before you take your exam, please let us know.
YOUR ONLINE EXAM
You will need the following to take your exam (max 1 hour):
- Laptop or PC with a front facing camera – please ensure that Google Chrome is your default browser
- Wi-fi
- Mobile phone (Iphone 8+ or android 4+) Please make sure this is fully charged. Your phone must be able to download an App and be on Airplane mode. You will need to show the invigilator the room where you are taking the exam to ensure that you are alone, that you are not using headphones and there are no notes or papers on the desk. This is to ensure there is no cheating! Your phone will need to be propped up facing you for the whole of the exam so that the invigilator can see you.
- Photo ID (passport or driving licence)
Once your exam has been booked, you will receive confirmation from Highfield. Please follow the link and the instructions given. They will carry out a system check once you have logged in and will assist if there are any problems. When this has been completed, you will receive another email from Proctor with instructions on how to access the exam.
Our centre number is 10563 and you will need this when you are logging on to the exam.
It is essential that you log on at the time and date you have requested. If you log on early, you will be asked to wait and if you log on late, you will not be allowed to sit the exam and it will have to be re-booked. Please put aside 1½ hours as it may take time for the set-up and pre-checks. The actual multiple-choice exam is a maximum of one hour and you will be given your result at the end.
Once you have passed your exam, a certificate will be issued.
A personal licence holder Application Pack will be emailed to you with your certificate with full instructions on how to make your application.
